Fixed Viasat and Misc other cards on sc8 and phoenix. Hopefully fixed NDS code.
Added Alex CS klient id. Added more errorchecking on config, counting opening
and closing tags. Added possibility to overclock TD sci. Fixed bug where error
string wasnt shown on x86/amd64. Now sending PIN-code 1234 for Conax cards.
