Interface changed completely (may be useful for TV-Out). Add semi
Transparency/ Transparency. Add Gradient color (Hor/Ver). Channel change
by SID/TID. Some fixes to EPG, it’s now More stability. Add option
to auto update EPG with custom interval. Add option to enable/disable EPG.
Add support to Bulgarian EPG. Add new category filter. Minor fix to girder.
